I awoke as hydra, and still feel the form from time to time. I actually used to make fun of otherkins and weres, until i became like them and felt what they felt, dream, thought, and eagered like they do. And to know the truth, to know theres more than the surface we see, is bloody wonderful.

Well I'm a 21 year old girl from Sweden, and I usually go by NikitaDarkstar on the net, which tends to get shoretended down to Niki by my buddies... some call me Moitari though, but most don't know where it comes from, I guess most pepole here can figure that one out though. *grins*
Well I identify with dragons, specifically a white dragoness,(or maybe silver.. gah!!!!! ><, my awakening was abit of a mess so I won't go into that as you'd probabl sit for 30 mins and just go "ehhh what? I don't follow"..

In my spare time I enjoy reading, playing games, cuddling my dogs and looking forward to getting my rat babies (woo!!!!).. I mainly play Ragnarok Online when I play online games. I got bored with official servers a while ago so now I play a private server called underworldRO which I love to death and which tends to take up alot of my time, but I don't mind. (Beeing on the test team, player support Game Master AND forum moderator tends to take some time XD)... other then that.. I lack a social life and I've had a almost 2 year long creativity block so don't expect to see stuff from me often.

Ummmm, just a boring old dragon here. Nothing fancy at all, so don't get all excited or anything. I can't draw for crap, but I am ever learning and progressing in sculpture and photography.

I'm an outdoors-aholic. There's nothing I like better than going outside to watch the world and wildlife around me. Sometimes I do it just to relax and other times I keep my camera in tow to share my experiences with everyone. I'm shy in person and not so much online, which surprises people when I initially met them online and then get to meet them in person. All around easy going, though and always open for good conversation.

Blargh. 24, and sort of oddball on the 'Kinside..>.>;...extreme shorthand would be something like the Furies/Eumenides...past-lifer Otherkin and that's inner-higher-self-defining bit, even thou I've been through a few different shapes, some of them human, some of them not. (the Phoenix's still a pretty strong one/first one I was familiar with.) Had been hoping to join when this showed up, even thou I'm slightly lurker-ish a lot of the time on online comms. 'm an english/rhetoric major on the normal-side aaand am in Alaska.

I'm sixteen and unfortunately an old soul on the inside. I identify with being a fennec fox therianthrope. Hmm.. I have had dream shifts, mental shifts, and at time phantom limbs.

Well, I am going through the process of trying to figure out if I am a vampire or some sort of Otherkin. I tend to have cravings for blood, sensitivity to some light, but mostly blood cravings. I've never taken it beyond anything then that though. It's only a thought, and I've been researching it for a few years with no conclusive or definitive answers or beliefs.

Besides all that jazz...

I'm in college and high school. I love video games, books, movies, writing, and painting. I have a passion for studying that leads most of my friends to consider me a super nerd.

I've hung around the therian community since 2003/2004 ish... Still active on Werelist and such.

Hello everyone. :3 I'm a 17 year old gal from the Northwest of the United States, though I was originally born in California and moved here when I was 14.

When I first was finding information on otherkin, I was 13 years old. I was encountering this presence that would come into my room every night, but the strange thing is that I always ALWAYS felt it on my back. I remembered something I had read at celticcrow.com about otherkin, and went to check it out. I didn't find too much information on angelkin, but I thought "Okay, maybe I am one." Over time, the presence has long since faded, but I still feel a strong connection to angel-type beings. Now, I don't think I am an otherkin, it might just be an affinity with spiritual beings. However, if what I did experience was my awakening, then it was freaky... I didn't understand what was going on and the feeling on my back was odd. I tried scratching my back even to see if I can feel it, but it was clearly on on this plane. :S

Luckily, my mom and I have similar beliefs (she seems to be pretty close to having a wolf-like soul because she has *always* been drawn to wolves, and I think she believes she was one in a past life. I always thought this was interesting), and I once knew a girl that claimed to be a dragon... I tried talking to her about it and she was nice and everything, but we lost touch.

Kin info aside, I love singing, dancing.. pretty much all forms of art out there, tappy/clicky sounding things, coffee, old cars, fedora hats, forests (we have a small one in the backyard. ), the smell of wet asphalt, greek mythology, and looking at how traumatic events affect a person. That last subject is interesting to me because I've gone through similar events and I wanted to know EVERYTHING that has happened and why.
